This is the first published design for the cover. The final cover is only slightly different. Most apparent are the rough edges on the right side of the mountain and the change of position of the left foot of the little person. There are also some colour adjustments.

The first pressing consists of 5,000 copies. The first 1,000 of these were signed and were sold at the DVD recording concert on 20-November-2010 in Nashville, TN. The remaining 4,000 copies were for sale at classicpetramerch.com and petramerchandise.com. The retail edition of the CD was released on 25-January-2011 and is distributed by P-ID Blue (a label of Provident-Integrity Distribution).
